   Established in 2020 as a small business, Eagles Point Consulting (EPC) encompasses over 35 years of experience including Planning, Programming and Budgeting, Acquisition Support, Configuration Management, Training Systems Management, Risk Management, Research and Development and Life Cycle Support of major Naval Combat System procurements.   

 With our recent growth, we have increased our capabilities to provide full-service Program Management, Logistical and Configuration Mangement support for both Domestic and FMS programs.

EPC boasts over 20 years of experience directly supporting the H-1 Program Training System through both PMA-205 and PMA-276. Specific areas of our corporate expertise include Program and Project Management, Financial Planning, Management and Execution; Should Cost Analysis; Training System Analysis and Evaluation; Training Data Preparation, Management, Storage and Retrieval; and Training Technical Services support to the H-1 Training System Integrated Product Team (IPT).  

 EPC now has full presence in the Foreign Military Sales program supporting standing up of a Czech Squadron including logistically and training needs.  Specific efforts have included participating in the requirements definition, coordination with the aircraft manufacturer Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc. to ensure proposal requirements have been met and coordinating cost and pricing data. EPC will be working to identify, evaluate, and implement the integrated product support strategies for the stand-up, training of aircrew and maintainers for deployment of the Czech Republic’s first operational squadron and subsequently, the first Czech training squadron.
